I. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The presented products are listed at gross prices - they include VAT. At the moment the order is placed, the price shown next to the product is binding for the parties to the transaction.
2. Orders may be placed via the website.
3. Order fulfillment depends on the availability of the product in the warehouse or at the store's suppliers. In the event of product unavailability, the Customer is informed by email about the order status and may choose, for example, one of the following solutions: partial fulfillment of the order in the case of a binding sale, extension of the waiting time, or cancellation of the entire order. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order without giving a reason.
4. The provided photos present the goods; however, slight visual differences from the actual condition are possible.
5. The purchase and sale agreement is considered binding at the moment the order is confirmed by the store staff /email message/.
II. ORDER PROCESSING
1. A necessary condition for order fulfillment is completing the product purchase transaction form, including the telephone number. After accepting the order, a store employee will confirm its acceptance by email.
2. Any corrections to orders may be submitted by email or telephone - however, only provided that the order has not already been processed.
3. The order is processed on the next business day after the payment for the purchased goods has been recorded in our account. In the case of the "cash on delivery" option, shipping is carried out on the next business day. The courier company usually delivers the shipment to the recipient within 24 hours from dispatch, but no later than by the 7th business day. In the event of a temporary shortage of goods in the store, the waiting time for the shipment may be extended - however, this is each time consulted with the Customer by email or telephone.
4. We deliver the ordered goods via the DPD courier company. The Buyer covers the delivery cost in the amount specified in the store's price list. This cost depends on the delivery method and payment method and is each time included in the order form.
5. In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to make a return.
III. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. PRIVACY POLICY
The data of the Customer who has created an account on the Website or placed an Order is processed to the extent necessary to maintain the account or perform the Transaction, in accordance with Article 18 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 144 of 2002, item 1204, as amended). The controller of personal data is RBS s.c. (according to the definition in Part II point 1 of the regulations). Information concerning the protection and processing of the Customer's personal data is included in the email message sent to the Customer via the Website, including the feedback referred to in Part V section 6.
A Customer who wishes to receive current commercial information regarding promotions and news in the Store should enter in the newsletter tab on the Website the email address to which they want to receive such information electronically and/or tick the appropriate box, active when creating an account, expressing the wish to receive such information. The provisions of section 1 apply accordingly to the processing of the Customer's data within the newsletter service.
Customers have the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion. A Customer who intends to correct their personal data or request its deletion should send a message from the email address used respectively to create the account, carry out the Transaction, or used in the newsletter service.
The Customer's data may be processed for marketing and informational purposes concerning the Store's offer to the extent that the Customer has consented to this, in accordance with Article 23 section 1 point 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended).
Data transmissions made via the Website are protected against access by unauthorized persons (e.g. by the SSL transmission protocol).
