1. Before placing an order, the Buyer places in the cart of our online store the goods selected by them which they intend to purchase. The cart is a tool enabling the Buyer to purchase selected goods and calculate their value before purchase. When selecting goods, the Buyer may freely manage the contents of the cart by adding and removing products.
2. After making the final selection of products for purchase, the Buyer is redirected to an online form used to place the order. The form is used to specify:
delivery address
delivery method
payment method
3. By making a purchase in the Store, the Buyer thereby consents to the processing of their personal data by the Seller solely for the purpose of the purchase, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
4. If, during order verification, the Seller determines that the order has been placed incorrectly, the Buyer will be informed of this.
5. The Seller may process orders and provide advice by telephone or email. After placing this type of order, the Buyer receives an email confirmation of the order placement.
6. After a correct order has been placed, the Seller promptly sends information confirming acceptance of the order, transport costs, and information regarding the estimated completion time.
